MappaePilot products are handcrafted wooden maps made to order. Each piece is individually created based on the customer's selected design, size, and customization options.

Because our products are made using natural wood materials and handcrafted processes, slight variations in wood grain, texture, color, and finish may occur. These natural characteristics are part of the uniqueness and authenticity of each wooden map and are not considered defects.

We do not guarantee that the appearance of any product will be exactly identical to images displayed online, as each handmade piece may have unique characteristics.

All product descriptions, prices, availability, and specifications are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion.

We reserve the right to discontinue any product or limit quantities available to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. MappaePilot reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion.

Your order is not accepted until MappaePilot confirms acceptance and receives successful payment processing.

Please carefully review your order before submitting, including:

  • Customization details

  • Shipping address

  • Billing information

Because our products are custom-made and personalized, orders can only be modified or cancelled before production begins.

Once an order has entered production, it can no longer be changed or cancelled.

Production may include design preparation, customization confirmation, material preparation, cutting, engraving, assembly, quality inspection, and packaging preparation.

Your purchases are subject to refunds, replacements, or other remedies solely in accordance with our Refund Policy.

You represent and warrant that your purchases are for personal or household use and not for unauthorized commercial resale or export.

You release Shopify and its affiliates from claims arising from your purchases and transactions with MappaePilot.
