4、Damaged & Lost Items
If your item arrives damaged, please send photos of the damaged part and the packaging to our customer support within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange a free replacement immediately; you do not need to return the damaged item.
5、Personalized & Custom Orders
Due to the nature of personalized/custom products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for personal reasons once production or shipping has commenced, unless there is a manufacturing error on our part.
6、Customer Responsibility & Non-Delivery
Please ensure your contact information is accurate. If a package is returned or destroyed due to incorrect contact details, inability to reach the recipient, or refusal of delivery, shipping costs will not be refunded, and the customer may be held liable for any associated losses.
