Since every item is handmade, the production cycle is 4–6 business days.
Standard Shipping: Usually arrives within 8–10 business days total.
Once shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. All orders are traceable.
If you notice an error, please contact us immediately. We can update the address as long as the order has not yet shipped.
Fornon-customizeditems, we offer a 21-day return window. Items must be in brand-new condition with original packaging. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
