Refund policy

1、Return Period
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

2、Personalized & Custom Orders
Non-refundable: Personalized or custom items (e.g., custom engravings, color schemes, or map areas) are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping damage.

3、Damaged & Quality Issues
If your product arrives damaged, please send photos of the damaged part and the packaging to us within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange a free replacement immediately; you are not required to return the damaged item.

4、Shipping Costs
If a return is initiated due to personal preference or ordering the wrong specification, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

5、Refund Process
Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Exceptions: Sale items and gift cards are considered "Final Sale" and are non-refundable.

6、Failed Delivery & Undeliverable Packages
In the following scenarios, only the product cost will be refunded (original shipping fees are non-refundable):
(1)The recipient was unavailable at the time of delivery;
(2)The contact phone number or email provided was invalid;
(3)The package was returned or disposed of by the postal service due to the reasons above.
(4)If a package is rejected by the customer without a valid reason, resulting in its return or destruction, we shall not be held liable for any associated costs.

7、How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us at hello@mappaepilot.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
